Hello there. im Francis, a Project Manager and Assistant Consultant for a Business Consultancy firm. part of my job is to go around and handle projects for the company, and that extends to some places that i have never been. to be honest, i have never explored the farthest regions of the country, but i have always planned on doing so.
with the opportunities that i may get from my work, i decided to start a Food and Travel journal. so that i could put in to words the sensation of my palette and the wonders perceived by my eyes.
